ANJUNG MEDICLEAN SDN BHD, a member of the LAUNDRY KING GROUP is one of Malaysia’s
largest and up-to-date commercial laundry in Kuala Lumpur. With an international name and a top management team with a proven track record of more than 15 years in the industry, we are the perfect solution for all your laundry needs be it in medical or hospitality sectors.
We have planned and invested heavily in technology & machinery in making our factory's one of the most efficient, reliable and dependable commercial laundry's .
Our laundry facility provides state-of-the-art cleaning to all of your garments regardless of the environment in which they are used daily. Offering a state-wide and neighbouring states delivery service, we are able to ensure a fast turnaround of your laundry on a regular basis.
Our main plant in Subang Jaya, is on a 10,000+ Sq ft. facility, which is able to process in excess of, >12 tons (>12,000kgs) of linen per day. We are also in the process of building out our 2nd factory in Kuantan and that would be an even larger factory (in excess of, >15 tons per day)

The Laundry King brand is the retail arm meant for our end user customers who require multiple different services at a single location.
Each of our outlets provide a multitude of different services to our discerning customers, from the standard wash & iron or dry cleaning, to handling Couture, Handbags & Shoes. We even provide Repair & Alterations and an Express Service should you have forgotten to get your favourite outfit or wears ready for that evening's outing.

Factory's Built on experience, with Redundancy & 24 Hours uptime in mind
One of the main commitments from the owners is to build a plant with as much redundancies (no single point of failure) as possible to allow
- The plant to operate on a 24/7 basis

- Where NO single machinery failure jeopardies daily operations
- Dependencies on individuals are limited with larger personnel numbers both on the factory floor and in the management teams.
To achieve the above, our plant is equipped with the following :
- 7 units of washer extractors with a total capacity of 700kgs / hour (approx. 16 tons / day)
- 7 units of dryers with a total capacity of 650kgs/hour (approx. 15.5 tons / day). To provide further redundancy - 3 of the dryers are gas powered while the remaining 4 are steam powered.
- 2 units of flatwork ironers
- 2 units of independent boilers with a total capacity of 1 ton + an electrical water heater system
- 3 units of air compressors
- 2 units of 13,000 gallons water tanks
- 3 units of delivery & pickup Vans
- 2 units of delivery & pickup >2 ton lorries
- 4 very experienced senior management team with over 100 years of working experiences between them
- 5 experienced management and support staffs
- Dedicated onsite Maintenance and Breakfix engineers
- 50 factory floor staffs in 2 shifts
- 4 drivers with GDL & GDL-E licenses
- Preventative Maintenance Schedule to reduce unexpected downtime and to ensure optimum machinery uptime

All orders are delivered at a predetermined time and date. We work closely with facilities to schedule deliveries as you need them, thus freeing workforce for other duties. To achieve this we have also ensured that we have sufficient qualified drivers and multiple vehicles.

LAUNDRY PLANT
Laundry King currently has commissioned a technologically advanced central laundry facility that is designed to implement the latest innovations in linen processing system to meet the demanding standards and needs of the hospitality and healthcare industry. Our laundry factory employs steam thus ensuring quality of the wash and increasing the lifespan of all of the linen we wash. We also separate our washer / extractor machines for different industry's from a health and safety perspective. Washers/Extractors assigned for the medical industry will only be used for this purpose .
